ABOUT ME

Passionate About Inspiring Others
I am an adolescent, child, and family therapist with a history of working in Southern Oregon for almost 10 years. My focus is on helping individuals, couples, and families find their peace, learn how to communicate, reach their goals, and create a positive environment. I believe with a right guidance, support, and caring environment we can achieve anything! I am passionate about providing a quality service, in a warm, welcoming, and caring environment.
I received my undergraduate in Psychology from Portland State University. I received my masters in Counseling Psychology from Pacific University. During that time I volunteered at Girls, Inc!, and completed my practicum at Lifeworks NW, a day treatment program for children. Since graduating I have worked for a non-profit agency focused on working with adolescents and their families.
I utilize a lot of traditional talk therapy, CBT, and Mindfulness. I am currently working on certification in EMDR to help work with individuals who have experienced significant trauma in their lives. My experience is in areas of Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, LGBT, Anger, Self-Esteem,Motivation, and Stress.
